Those of you who said you would be working out last night inspired me.  I wasn’t feeling too hot, but got home, wrote down some new strength training moves I’ve been wanting to try, and hit the gym!  I spent 25 minutes on the treadmill, walking at a fast pace and at a high incline.  Then I spend 35 minutes (or more) doing my strength training routine, which includes 10 moves that work the whole body (shoulders, arms, legs, abs, hips…)  I did 12 reps of each 2 times.

Finished off with a good stretch and it was home to make parmesan chicken and kale chips for me and the hubby.  Woo hoo!  I felt GREAT.
