They have been feeling very snug, but not today!  I’m trying my hardest to trim up my hips.  My man *so sweetly* said one day, “Do you think maybe your body is just preparing for childbirth?”

Yes, the man actually said this.  I’m telling you, he has every excuse for me to eat junk food with him and gain weight.  He wants me to be healthy, but he thinks I’m perfect right now.  It’s nice to hear that, but also frustrating b/c we all know individually what we need to change about ourselves.  And I wish he would jump on board with me.  It would make things sooo much easier.

Anyway back to the khakis…ever since his comment, I decided I needed to focus on trimming my hips back into shape.  My hips have never been a sore subject for me.  But suddenly, in my mid-twenties, they are.

I love side leg raises with my foot strapped in to the circuit machine…(fancy name, not sure.)  I also love longggg walks on the treadmill at about 4.3-4.5, at an incline of up to 15%.  Throughout the workout, I’ll switch up the incline to burn more fat.  Anyone know of even more good hip workouts?
