This week’s goals?

  • Sign on with a personal trainer,
  • Go to the gym 4 times,
  • Don’t spend money (except on said personal trainer),
  • Go to sleep early,
  • Drink lots of water.

 125 - beautiful goals!  I signed up for the Nutritionista’s Winter Shape-Up Challenge, and each week we have mini goals.  This week, mine are as follows:

  • NO fried food
  • Go to the gym at least 4 times (5 and I’ll reward myself with a new shirt, dress, something!)
  • Only 2 lunches out (this is my last week at my current job, so I have lots of tentative lunch plans, but I’m keeping it at 2 times out, that’s it.)
  • Drink LOTS of water
  • No Diet soda
