I’m already starving.

And yes, I ate breakfast.  As I’m writing this though, I’m thinking it didn’t have enough fiber, which would explain my hunger pangs!

Breakfast:

  • Organic Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch (I was in the mood for kid’s cereal!) - 3/4 cup - 150 cals, 2.5 g fat, 3 g fiber, 8 g sugar
  • Skim milk - 1/4 cup
  • Blueberry muffin - 1 small - 130 cals

I’m looking forward to my Lunch:

  • Spinach
  • Diced green pepper
  • Shredded carrot
  • Homemade egg salad on top

Water, water, water.
