I’m already starving.
And yes, I ate breakfast. As I’m writing this though, I’m thinking it didn’t have enough fiber, which would explain my hunger pangs!
Breakfast:
- Organic Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch (I was in the mood for kid’s cereal!) - 3/4 cup - 150 cals, 2.5 g fat, 3 g fiber, 8 g sugar
- Skim milk - 1/4 cup
- Blueberry muffin - 1 small - 130 cals
I’m looking forward to my Lunch:
- Spinach
- Diced green pepper
- Shredded carrot
- Homemade egg salad on top
