Breakfast of Champions Happy Girls
I made homemade muffins last night, and ate two for breafast.
1st thought: Yikes, great way to kick off the new blog, by sharing the fact that I scarfed two muffins with butter as the most important meal of the day.
2nd thought: YES, great way to kick off the new blog! By sharing the fact that I ate a comforting muffin meal and it’s been 4 hours since I’ve eaten them and my stomach is not trying to eat itself. If there’s ever a right time in the day to take in the not-so-good carbs, do it early on in the day. Balance it with some lowfat, Greek yogurt or even half a banana and a handful of almonds, and you’re golden.
Mama would be proud of me.
